To avoid problems, make sure your delivery information is accurate and secure. If you have issues with a delivered package, contact the shipping carrier. 

If you opt out of tracking your shipment, we are not held responsible for any loss as we lack the capability to track the package. Please understand that we are a small business and cannot afford to replace lost items.
